Transition Nutrition is designed based off my personal journey of successfully leaving a rich meat eating, coffee drinking, wine bibbing and fast food nibbling diet to a wholefood plant-based diet.
The aim of this course is to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills required to make a successful change from the standard western diet to a whole food plant-based diet while improving quality of life and general health and well-being.

This course will help you to move towards a whole food plant-based diet, it will also help you to coach and help others transition into a vegan lifestyle.
This course is a combination of video and in-dept training manual and live lectures. Each lesson will be recorded, and the videos will be uploaded on our secure student website, where you will have access to them so you can reflect on them and work your way through this transition cooking course.
This course is newly designed but we are seeking accreditation because it is very in-depth and of a high standard. It will offer you the knowledge and skills you need to make the transition as well as to coach your clients into making a successful transition as well.
