  • 1 Chopped Head of Pak Choy
  • 2 Chopped Heads of Gai Lan
  • 1 Red Pepper finely diced
  • 1/2 Tub Cherry Tomato cut in halves
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Lemon Juice and Rind
  • Olive Oil
